For those who persistently pursue a slimmer body, they might have experienced 3 stages like me: from the very beginning, when i cannot differentiate what's healthy and what's not, i tried many extreme ways to torture my body: laxative, throw-up, weight-loss pills....but i felt so bad and my body hates me at that moment. 2nd stage: I tried to form a healthy and light eating habbit and engaged in some exercise, however, i'll still do something that looks crazy: 1. summer, 40 degrees centigrade, when i drive in the sun, with the aircon off and sweat like hell....2. stay in sauna chamber for hours (of course i go out now and then), 3. eating yogurt and fruits ONLY for months.... however, something i have never tried and i would never try it on myself, like eating worms.....hehe Have you ever had such experience before? or what methods have you applied to lose weight?

there was a time i try my best to loose weight . everyday i just eat breakfast , like a bun and a cup of soybean milk. at noon , i must eat something ,or ill just cant live witn that , so i brought back some vegetales like tomato , eggplant, carrot and cut them into pieces and eat them directly. every night , i kept running at the balcony of the dorm around one hour. during that period, the most thing i egered to do was pig out!!! after one and a half month , i loose baout 4 kg, thats great ! but the process was really painful. i dont want to do that anymore.

4 kg in 1.5 month is very impressive! and i think the hardest part is to maintain the weight thereafter. i also remember the time i gained 4 kg during my study in australia, when i get back, i started to cut my daily calorie consumption. i ate only yogurt/fruits/vegi. try to avoid salty/oily/sweet foods and keep it as a lifestyle, now i'm doing yoga stretches for 1-2 hrs/day, and i can almost eat whatever i wanted (of course i still prefer healthy foods)without gaining weight! wish you all the best of luck:)

I have to say that you are the 'lucky minority' who tend to lose weight easily than gaining weight:) i heard a young actress who gained 15 kg in 1 month just to fit in an overweight role in a drama and she did it. the only thing is to eat, eat and eat! but that's not healthy i guess... working pressure can be critical to the health and hope that you can have some time for vacation once in a while! good luck!

Craziest, and also by far most successful move: Upon hearing that one of my nerdier friends is getting on a fitness program, to make a flat 6pack abs, I said You're on! I will RACE you to that 6 pack. And so we made some BEFORE pictures, and decided that from that day on, every month we would compare pictures, until one of us would clearly be the winner :D I won the race after 2 months, by the use of plenty of exercise, outside, in the morning, drinking the thermogenic Yerba Mate tea, and thermogenic gel massages in the abs / torso areas. Note that these are all very cheap solutions, totalling maybe 20 bucks a month. Eating was guided largely by the program: Paul McKenna will make you THIN - which meant that I could eat whenever I was hungry, I could eat whatever I was hungry for, but had to stop eating as soon as I was full, and had to chew my food slowly and paciently. These things all combined, turned an average abs into a 6Pack. But then having won the bet I let it all go and moved to other projects. Anyway important thing is that it CAN be done, cheaply and without stress. Peace :D
