What are the things that will reveal the gender of a person to you

i bala this a good one..for me what I say is the truth but some I'm not sure of yet think if they are faking it they only so it for fun but that is a hard one to figure out if they are faking it or not..littowl

At the most most I would have thought of location or age, but gender.... why balasri? Whats the fun?
But coming back to think about more seriously, how to ascertain???? mmmmm.... maybe the topics that person has responded to, or the posts he/she has started might give some idea. Usually females thoughts run around home,delicate feelings, children etc and males are more fascinated with scientific stuff, electronics, banking and money, mobikes and other automobiles. If majority of the posts revolve around such topics then a minute study may ascertain. But nothing can be said for sure. Oh ...I remebered another thing......If a person swears and uses slang kind words often, then maybe that person is a male. Now all the male members, please don't be mad at me. I am not generalising, it is just true in very specific cases.

There are a few who will try it and get away with it Bala. But for most it will give away somewhere ,sometime and it will be in the form of the responses or the comments and especially where it comes to sharing some incidents in life.
But then would i go throught the trouble of going through all of it. No, not unless i've got a doubt.

At times. I think, that's the plus point of Hindi where you can find it out just like that. But with English it's difficult. May be a few guyish word and approach towards life or some expressions, saluting and signing off styles and terms. But then, we have to have a whole research done on his/her page. Girls are more sensitive and give a detailed response generally. You can make out on going through their discussions.
Recently,. I had the same problem. Her profile says its a SHE but SHE talks like a HE??. Mystery still not solved.

Well I feel people hide their true gender in mylot for two reasons....
...As a safety precaution to protect themselves since they are dealing with all types of people from all over the world.Such people usually open up in the course of their discussions and reveal at least to their friends,their true identity ,or freely relate to topics in the course of their discussions,which will reflect their true gender....
...As a cover to harass people and to take the fellow mylotters for a ride.But if we are vigilant,we can make out the identity of such people when they nake a slip or by looking at the type of discussions they start.....
