What is the best way to loss weight?

Its hard to find ways how to loss weight. In my own experienced, i've made an exercise every morning which about 30 minutes to one hour..but im not losing my weight. How about you what your ways and tips..To have good posture is the best health and to achieve I need some to tips how to..

To lose weight I think you really need to look at what you eat. Not just how much, but also the food it self. Just exercising doesn't help. But the combination of watching your food and exercising does help. I personally follow the weightwatchers program. I've downloaded a computer program where I can fill in my measures and fill in what I eat and how much I exercise. The program tells me how much I can eat. It really helps me losing weight.

thanks for your very nice idea, it helps me a lot. maybe in not eating more of my daily foods will helps me losing my weight. May i know what is your program you download to your computer?

My experience of losing weight is to keep a good diet. Do remember to eat breakfast and don't eat a lot in supper. Avoid food from high calorie. Eat more vegetable and keep away from dessert.

keep busy..im working at the office and the whole day i am at my computer, i keep on sitting, how can i be weight my loss, maybe in not eating too much meal.

it's good that you love exercise! but i think if you engage in exercise during 6-8pm will be more effective, coz exercise in the morning will increase your apetite in a way and exercise in the evening will prevent you from eating too much:)

First of all you cant expect to loss weight so quickly. It takes time, for me it took 2 weeks just to get me sweating. So try and do exercices regurally and drink lots of water it actually helps you burn more fat. The best way is to use a gym but you can also work out by yourself by running or cycling or some type of exercise that makes you sweat. But for good posture i would recommend some things like yoga or pilates that will help your body to stay sharp and condensed. As well as streching your whole body and mind.

Its a very nice idea, maybe i will loss my weight after a months and keep on exercise and have discipline on my self like in eating and have a regular exercise. Maybe i will extend my number of hours in taking up with the gym and have more time.

Its good that you have thought of losing weight.for this you should have strong will to lose weight and only exercising wont help you.but i dont mean that you should diet but you should control yourself while eating and try to cut portions. This will help you to loose weight and maintain it for longer time.and try to do that exercises which you can continue even after loosing weight.because normally its easy to loose weight but its difficult to maintain that.so loose weight slowly and it shouldnt be more than 1or 2lbs in a week.And it takes time to loose weight so dont loose your hope just loose your weight and continue it till you loose weight . Weight loss really is different for everyone. I personally lost 20 pounds by just cutting back on portion size and eating a light snack of a salad or celery or apples dipped in low calorie ranch dressing in the evenings instead of eating something heavier. I NEVER eat after I'm satisfied. If there's one or two more bites left on my plate, I'll leave them there instead of eating it just because it's on the plate. I never eat something simply because it looks good, either! If I'm not hungry, I don't eat. You can lose weight by eating celery or apples! They actually contain less calories than you would burn up by chewing them! Drinking a glass of ice water helps too because it cools your body down which, in turn, burns more calories trying to warm you back up. Also, exercise is not for losing weight! All exercising does is tone up your muscles. You build muscle mass which weighs more than fat, so you end up with much better muscle tone, but won't weigh much less. It will burn calories, of course, but not that much compared to what eating a lower calorie diet would. Good luck!

one more thing about diet just take care of three things morning have a normal food in after noons have it light and try eating 3/4 of what u ate in morning in nights eat 1/2 stomach drink water regularly dont starve eat well avoid eating rice more

The best known way to loose weight well , Run run and run atleast 1/2 hour a day u can see differnce within a month even if it takes time it lasts long dont go for any pills that will definitely not help even if u loose weight ull put on once u stop using it if you have knee problems then walking is also good moving is the best way to loose weight

The man noticed the differences between fat and naturally thin people, and pulled them together into a system. But now that I think of it I;ll start a new discussion with that :D The program, in case you want to search, is called Paul McKenna will make you THIN. It helped me form up a 6PACK abs, when I had a bet going with my friend, that I can do one faster than him :D
