I think the reasons as follows: 1.Virus.Some viruses can consume a lot of memory.Check out whether your computer is infected by the viruses. You can use some Anti-Virus software like Avast!,AVG etc, to scan your computer. 2.Improper configuration of the virtual memory.Usually we set the virtual memory size to the twice large of the physical memory. If you set the size too low to run an new application, you will get this error. You should reset the size of the virtual memory size to a proper number. 3.The free size of your disk which stored your virtual page file is low.So you should delete some files in this disk or move your page file to another free disk. 4.The user run the application doesn't have the privilege to write/read to/from the page file. You should grant the necessary privilege to the user.

It sounds to me like you may be in need of more ram or memory. A key tip though is to not have too many windows open at the same time. This will take up a lot of memory. I advise you to check a website out, it's called www.cruicial.com This is a good site and I purchase my memory from them. You can download a free memory scan of your system. This will tell you how much memory you have in your system and how much memory you can go up to. It also tells you the kind of memory you have in your computer, it's important to match exact memory. Anyway, give that a try and good luck. Andrew

Sorry Jabaz007, When I posted my earlier response I didn't realize that you live in India. You should still be able to use and order from Crucial, and adding RAM is the best fix for your problem.

jabaz007, If you feel comfortable adding RAM to your computer then I would recommend going to www.crucial.com and using their memory adviser tool (you will need to know the make and model of your computer). If you don't I would look in your local phone book or on www.yellowpages.com for a local computer repair shop that can add the RAM for you. You shouldn't have to pay more than $50-60 for the RAM. If you are in or around Springfield, MO I can help you out. Jed

There's something connected with the memory sources from your computer, it's usually happen when you running a multitasking program that needs a large of memory source ... or if not's maybe there's a lot of background services consume your memory resources or maybe there is a malware installed on your computer, solution is turn off unused background services, do not operate multitasking program that will required a large number of memory resources, and do some antivirus, malware, spyware scanning, hopes it will be fine!

It is sometimes caused by when you have opened many applications that require too much memory usage,e.g when you have opened a video converter program, media player, running disk utilities etc that that require lot of memory.but you can add more ram to your computer and maybe the problem will be solved
