This second test between India and Australia has brought about the biggest loss for australia. Even more is highlighted by the stats of the match. Australians ran only 11% of their runs in singles. while india scored 25% of their runs in singles. this means the field placing and fielding in the inner circle were better for india. Australian over rate was slower by 1.25 when compared to india which is the second highest margin since 1990. The runs per wicket for india is 60 while that for australia is around 20. This shows how much australians were out of their comfort zone. Do you think the domination of australians in cricket is coming to an end?

I think its to early to say coz they are great and in the past they always struggled in India and after that particular tour they prove their power.

I dont really think Aussies victory road as come to an end. I will call it just they have are through a bad phase. There are always fluctuations not only in cricket, everywhere. Also the key players like opener Justin Langer, Glen McGrath, Shane Warne, Damien Martyn have retired there is a lack of experience in the new faces that replaces those guys. So I think when they play enough cricket, they may settle down and start playing like how they use to play. Also I dont think guys like Mathew Hayden, Bret Lee, Mitchel Johnson are enjoying great form right now. So I think the combination of inexperience players who replaced the greats who retired and the out of form of some players effect Australians. That is why I mentioned that they are just through a bad phase. Another problem is there are too many players out of form in Australia. So I dont think anything came to an end for Australians. They are a good site and like to play aggressive and positive cricket. These fluctuations come and go for any team. Also I wont be surprised if the Aussies deliver their goods in the 3rd against India itself.

Hello,Sivan! The domination of any country in a game never continues for ever.Once the West Indies were world champions and now they are the poor performers in the game of cricket.Similarly the South Africans could not remain at the top. There is ups and down in the cricket. The Australians were once champions with great players like Shane Warne,Mcgrath and Gilchrist. After their retirement the Aussies lost their strength. It is no wonder. The domination of Australia in cricket has actually come to an end. However we should not underestimate any team and play our full strength.thanx.
