fastest way of lowering calories

any suggestion on weight lose? really wanted to lose some pounds before the holidays :)

I'll suggest you go to gym and exercise yourself and diet. ok. Think thin, it's all in the mind

What about having a lot of exercise, avoid drinking iced water and never sleep in an air conditioned room. Let your body sweat, if possible the whole day so that you would get skinny quicker than you expected. And when eating make sure you don't take too much sugar, fat and carbohydrate because all these type of food can make you difficult to lose weight. Drink a lot of water because in this way you will urinate more times in a day and you will lose weight more easily. Eat more vegetables and fruits and when you are hungry never go to the fridge and eat anything delicious you found there. Avoid cakes, sweets and chocolates. Forget about ice-creams and puddings.

I tend to always eat frozen food for lunch, so I found a good way to cut calories was to eat a different type of frozen food every so often. One with less calories.

I just went from a size 12 down to an 8. All I did was watch what I ate and walked every day. Instead of giving into cravings I ate something healthy. I stopped eating snacks at night and drank extra water. I didn't set out to lose weight but I did. I still eat junk food but very little. Not that I've lost the weight I'm more aware of what I'm putting into my body. I'm the type of person if I go on a diet I fail. Just make healthy food choices and get active!!!! The holidays are quickly approaching and loosing weight should be slow (about one to two pounds a week for good weight loss and for keeping it off). Decrease sweets and portion sizes. This is the most important thing about your eating habits (our eating habits). Plus make sure you add exercise such as walking, swimming, and or aerobics.
