I can't cashout at Neobux

I received this error message when I tried to cashout at Neobux. I have verified that my alertpay is correct. What's wrong? There was an error communicating with AlertPay! Please try again later.

I think I've encountered that problem too before. It's just that there are many payment request. So just try to request your payout later.
