How do you like the new achievements that they've added? I really like them. Some of them are fun. It gives you something else to do, especially if you don't have a lot of quests to do. I'm just not sure if I'll complete all of them. LOL What about everyone else? Have you been working on your achievements?

I dono, im not a fan of them, they don't show any value yet.... is there anything you can buy with the points you get form them? or anything special you can get beside a title or a mount?

ye same here. i don't get the point of it.. when you compare achievements.. DUH people are going to have lvl 20 achievement if they compare it to other lvl 20-30. i tmight give people something to do but you can use that time to farm and make cash in the game.. then twink out the guy.. or whatever. :) to wrap it up.. i personally dont really care about the achievements.. as long as the updates won't take a hell long time cause of it then im fine :)

I've often wondered about that but I haven't seen anything that says you get something other than a title or mount. I guess we'll find out if more is coming with the expansion or if it's just another little something to keep people interested in the game.

i stopped playing world of warcraft just a little before they released the patch that allowed you to collect achievements, but from the feedback that my friends have been giving me, it seems to be really silly and whole loads of fun! i think it is something that really gives players something to do other than the horrible grind of questing and raiding.

It really does. I'm trying not to burn out on quests right now as I try to get to 80. Sometimes the achievements can be a push to get it done. And once I get there, I'll still have things left to do to earn.

It's fun completing those achievements. It also gives players a chance to re-visit Azeroth and all those old dungeons that we already forget. These achievements have rewards - mostly aesthetics. You get to have titles, special pets, and special mounts.

I was trying to get some of the exploration achievements out of the way and there are some places that I thought I had everything but there would be a little piece of the area I hadn't known about. I've been trying the Dalaran reading achievement the last couple of days. It's going to be a hard one because the books aren't always there, they just spawn. Just have to get lucky to find one.

I know several people who are really into them. I guess at 70 there's just so much you can do and easily get burned out on, so the achievements have really got them going again. It really has kept people interested in the game until the expansion.

I like the achievements. Some of them are fun and some just downright frustrating. I still haven't gotten the one for falling 65 yards and surviving. lol! Yes it may take time from farming, but even that can get boring and become more of a job than enjoyment. So, the achievements are a great addition in my opinion.
