Have you started shopping for Christmas gifts?

No, I have not started buying Christmas gifts for anyone. This is my 1t year married, and I will be having our child before Christmas, so I'm not buying anybody and presents probably. It just doesn't register on my priority list at all. I thought about it at first, but I'd rather spend that money on items for my daughter. I don't think that anybody will be expecting anything from me this year, if they are, that's just too bad.

Oh yes, i already did. Christmas presents sorted, most of the presents was shopped online and now i am waiting them to get delivered nd then start packing them and put under the xmas tree. The rest will be posting to the Philippines. Happy posting.

Yes I have started shopping and have quite a bit done. Just yesterday I went online and saw that Kolhs had a big sale going on. I ended up buying 4 gifts and paying only $17 after the free shipping, discounts and promo codes:) Then a few days ago I had a $10 coupon from Pennys and bought a Christmas gift with that. And I also had a $20 coupon from Finish Line and bought a gift with that. I try to get as much done as early as possible. This way it doesn't seem like I am spending as much as I do.

I always start early aroung the first of september, I first make my list of everyone I have to shop for then I list what items I would want to get for tehm. I have already started shopping and have made a pretty big dent in my list.

My mother is usually the one that does the Christmas shopping since she usually has to buy a lot of gifts for different family members since we usually get together with her side,and my fathers side on Christmas Eve to eat and exchange gifts with each other,and she usually get started early,but this year she was talking about not having Christmas,because she is going to have to have several teeth pulled close to Christmas so that will be a lot of money,and make her not feel very well,but she has to decided to have Christmas,except we are not going to exchange gifts this year,even though they will probably get something for me and my fiance,and me and my fiance are looking at books to get for my mom,and her mom.

I havent started yet. im planning to do it sometime in mid Of next month but i have my long list now....

Not only have I already started, I've already finished my mom's present. I still have a lot more to go, but I ran out of money and had to stop for now. I figured I should definitely start early on Christmas shopping this year though to make sure I shop for others whenever I have some money.

Yes I have I came across a great deal on electric tea kettles the other day at a grocer and I bought 3. And we was at The Old Tyme Pottery Shop a couple weeks ago and I found a beautiful salad set for my son and daughter in law, she had a dinner one night and served the salad in butter bowls. It was $19.99 but marked down to $5. so was a great buy. Being on a fixed income, I have to watch for bargins like that, I want to get nice things but have to also watch the money. Last year I started in July and by end of Oct. I was done. Took all the stress off of having to rush around at the last minute.

I started my Christmas shopping late September... but i am not finish yet... i should have finished last month when there was a mall wide sale in my area... but i was not able to go because my daughter got sick... so i am still waiting for another mall wide sale to occur... i think there will be one by the middle of November... and i will be able to finish my shopping by then...

Not yet! I havent' even started making a Christmas list yet! It's so hard to put together a list because I'll have to think of who I'm buying for and what I'm getting them. I'm not an impulse buyer so I always pan what I'm getting. I don't look around and wait til I see something that I think my friend would like. I'll have to get a list ready before November for sure!

Over here, the best sales usually occur during the mid-to-Aug season. It would be the best time to pick up any gifts, and at lower prices. However, the feeling of Christmas cheer is yet to come - I'm waiting for this mood of Christmas shopping and giving - that's why I often procrastinate till the last minute almost every year!

Yes I have. I am an Avon rep and I can tell you that they have some great Christmas stuff coming out now. Lots of little stocking stuffers under a buck too.

i havent started shopping for christmas gifts yet, im still trying to figure out WHAT to get each person, so hopefully it all comes together soon. id like to start shopping now and ease the cash pain so i dont throw all the money into the presents all at once

I have bought a few little things, but not like I should be doing. My husbands job is not safe enough to do much. The stores are not even stocking up like they usually do. I think it is going to be more of a family get together type holiday, than one with alot of presents.

yeah i actually did start already. i have already bought gift for 6 people. i still have a lot of people to give gifts to. my husband and my daughter's gift will be the last coz they're too nosy. lol they might open it when i'm not around
