"Some people lead and some people follow." Some people are born leaders and some are born followers. When you have the gift of leadership, then lead for others to follow. Share you thoughts, make it happen and make a difference. If you are a born follower, follow the leader, do your share and enhance yourself. Soon you'll also discover that you can lead others, in your own special way. With these, some people may lead, some people may follow.

We all have our expertise in life. This phrase..."some people lead, some people follow"...is how we see other people in places where they can excel. There are people who are born leaders. A natural in leading the pack. They may not be known by everyone but they can get along with others and can motivate other people to move. On the other hand, there are those who are born followers. They are not good in giving instructions or leading a group but if given a task or order they are good at that.

My view on this is that some people come up with ideas of things to do or just do what they want. Others decide to do what someone else is already doing or they get talked into joining in on an idea or activity. Some people just do things because they see someone else do it first instead of being the first one do it.

i guess it just mean some people are just not leaders. i know for a fact that many people would rather be just a follower rather than facing the pressure of being a leader.

I think this is a big issue between wife and husband. In other places office and school doesn't matter. In home, husbands lead wives or wives lead husbands.I couldn't agree this one.
