if you're not satisied with your right now,I suggest you look for another. You better find a new environment which will help you enhance more your knowledge and skills. you have to exlpore thus you don't have to stick into one if it doesn't make you happy and content anymore! try a new one

If this job have some development for your career and really can learn many useful experience from this position, you can have much better payment in several months later, then you can stay. It's very important to get experience in the first job.

If I were in your position, it would be a practical decision to choose a job that is good for your mature but a little salary because as you have stated, you are a green hand. The position is giving you good experience. Once you have a couple years under your belt, then you can expect more from your employers in the way of wages. Once you get good at your skills, you can demand a set wage. In the meantime, it is beneficial to increase your skills. Learn as much as you can. This gives you diversity so you maintain being a valuable employee. On the other hand, you have invested in a post secondary education. Perhaps you ought to be getting paid more for what you do at present. Why not seek out the same position with other companies? See if there is an employer who will pay you better. Some employers value green employees that they can train to their liking. Do not underestimate yourself and always expect what is best for you. If you feel that you are under paid or not being paid enough, seek out a bnetter employer or go into a different line of work. Good Luck!

Hi... I'm a fresh gradute similar to your situation. Maybe we could stay for a year or two and if salary doesn't increase, better search for a better paying company in order to be productive. What do you think so?

Yeh ,I also thought like your opinion before ,but what is my problem now is that my company is not good at all and i can learn few in it ,while if i quit ,maybe because of lacking of experience ,i will be hard to find a better one .So ,I am doubting that whether should i waste my time here to get the so called experience .

as for my case, i graduated college with a course in bachelor of science in accountancy. after i graduated, i took the review classes for the cpa (certified public accountants) board examination. luckily, i passed the said and examination and worked for a private company as a contractual accounting assistant. but after 4 months, i decided to transfer to a public accounting firm which offers lower salary. many of us cpa board passers apply for a job on those firms, basically, for experience. because in that field, we can learn alot since we will be assigned to different clients which are mostly multinational companies. our job is to audit or examine their documents which entails us to study the whole process of the company. anyway, after working for two years there, i already transferred for a greener pasteur ofcourse. but still, i got matured and grew in the next company i worked with.
