Would it be possible to verify one Paypal account with a credit or debit card then remove the card then use that same card to verify a different Paypal account? Are the sending limits set in place again when you remove the card? Would this be allowed?

Snam23; No once you type in that information on paypal, its stored on their system you'd have to get a different debit/credit card to "verify" another account in paypal; There are a lot of them online that you can easily order, not sure what they have available if you are from another country, you might do an online search for your country to see what is available;

That seems like a very smart thing for Paypal to do. Do you think I should verify my US account with $7 or my new Korean account? I might be able to use the $7 to buy vcc for my second account, but then I don't know why I would have two accounts in the first place. What do you think I should do?

Hi again; Thanks for the best response, I hadn't even noticed sorry (G)! been thinking of other things lately I guess; I would go ahead and get the account verified wherever you have the most money in, and that way you can easily get your cash out; if you have a second account, try to find a debit/credit card or local checking account to use in it, to get it verified too, you can always register one as say a business account; Like for a website or home business/name/ Here in the USA there are lots of debit cards to use and set them up as a checking account, which also can be put on there on your paypal as a credit/debit card for verification, just look around in your country, a lot of gas/convenient stores here sell those types of cards/dollar General/Walmart but not sure where you live if you have them there, you can PM me if you need more help on this matter; good luck!

Unfortunately, I live in Korea and we are kind of separate from the world. I mean, the country is just self supported. We make our own rice (main source of food), vegetable, fruits, etc, electronics, cars, games, toys, clothes, etc. Because of this, I find it hard to do anything online and I don't know if any banks here support Paypal. I doubt if any banker would know what that is with their bad English. Anyways, I will PM you to ask for more help.
