It's payback time

I would say the person is maybe mentally ill but has been in control of him/herself up until now. Recent issues with foreclosure and such have probably been enough of a stressor to pushed this person to a breaking point.

yeah I think they were pushed to the edge, I mean I myself am sick of the older generations TALKING AND TALKING about how messed up our government is, but none of them ever do anything, and even when something is suggested they never do it... and then my generation seems not to care...its frustrating....I mean I'm smart enough to realize even if I did do that, I would only hit innocent people... which would be worse... I guess the only way I could help is if I joined in the political ranks... Good luck to me with that O.o .... yeah... but I'm still hopeful about the future :P I'm a few things change for the better too :D

That is a totally scary thing to happen I know I would be freaked out by it if I was the one who opened it. Whoever did it is one sick puppy..

Well my vote is that the person/persons involved are mentally ill. I mean think about it. Normal thinking individuals do not think like this. We all have crazy thoughts to cross our minds once in a while and I think people can be pushed to do things that they might not normally do but come on....not to this point. This person has a serious mental condition going on here!

The person who did this must have just pushed to edge. I bet he or she just thought that it was joke. That must have been really scary for the people who received the letter. I know that if I received a letter like that I would be scared! *_*
