I am very fond of eggs and specially like scrambled eggs. To reduce the fat content, i just whisk the eggs and put int in the microwave and then take it out after a while scramble it and put it back. i do not use any oil. it turns out well. I am told that the yolk of eggs is teh main harmful thing and contains a lot of cholestrol. If i eat is without scrambling in oil, is it ok? Should reduce the fat content.

I believe that egg yolk contains a lot of protein (and yes cholesterol), but it's the yummy part too. I believe that minimal intake of egg yolks in a week is advised rather than taking or cooking eggs every week.

Egg yolk is contains albumin,it contains 100% proteins and good for chidren, promotes growth. But for adults I feel it's not quite advisable because it's rich in cholestrol and difficult to digest. No harm in taking egg twice a week. But I personally feel it should not be included daily in your diet. So,just have these factors in mind and try to reduce the intake of eggs!! Thanks my friend
