Children Advil

Does anyone buy Childrens Advil for their children or do you buy Tylenol for children.

My daughter uses children's motrin and at times tylenol. Her doctor said when he is sick to give motrin one time and the next time tylenol.

Did he tell you why he wanted you to switch up?

This has been a few years back when he would get ear infections pretty often and not sure if she had her do it this way for the fever and the pain, to alternate tylenol one time and motrin the next. Of course this was along with his other meds for his ear problems. But I have heard of children's doctor's doing this pretty often. I would just check with the child's doctor, I am sure each child is different and each doctor is different.
