Which is the biggest festival in your country?

In India Deepavali or Diwali is the biggest festival. During this time people buy new clothes, sweets and gifts. Also they burst a lot of crackers, refurbish their homes and lighten it up with lamps.
What is the biggest festival in your country? And how do you celebrate it?

I live in a muslim country.as a citizen of muslim country the biggest festival of my country is Eid.Eid comes twice a year.One is Eid_ul_Fitor and other is Eid_ul_azha.All Muslims enjoy these festivals through joy and happiness.There is no festival as biggest as Eid in our country.Specially children remains very happy on Eid day.On Eid day we all togather go to Eid gah to say prayer.Everybody embress with each other.

In my country the biggest religious feast is Christmas. There are street decorations decorated with large christmas trees. Homes are decorated with cribs, Christmas trees and Christmas fathers. People buying presents and give presents to their relatives, family dinners etc. © ronaldinu 2008
