Pinakbet is one the famous local dish in the Philippines. In fact pinakbet is one of my favorite vegetable dish. I just finish my lunch with pinakbet. I wonder if all of you here in the Philippines also like to eat pinakbet. I think pinakbet is one of the nutritious dish. It has a lot of nutritious vegetables ingredients like, ampalaya (bittermelon), talong (eggplant), kalabasa (squah), okra, sitaw, (string beans), kamatis (tomatoes). Those vegetables are good source of vitamin A and C. Do you also like to eat Pinakbet? Thank you for sharing..

umm no. i dont really like pinakbet. however my mom does fry pork or chicken when she cook pinakbet coz she knows i dont eat vegies. i do put some of the "sabaw" from the pinakbet to my rice. that's the only thing i eat from a pinakbet.

Yes I do because it is delicious, cheap and easy to prepare. It is also a good way to eat vegetables. I love eating this especially with other grilled foods.

hi there warrior_777, I really dont like eating vegetables so I dont eat pinakbet. But there are some vegetables that I do eat like cabbage, carrots, cucumber, ect. Anyway, my mom and aunties and uncles loves to eat PINAKBET and they always cook that stuff and I just hate it...lol...cause my nose gets irritated with the aroma of the bagoong that they usually add on that.

Pinakbet is one of the dishes I love eating at home. But I do not consume all of the vegetables served in there. I just tend to choose some but my favorites are kalabasa, ampalaya, squash and okra.

I love "pinakbet" and i used to eat that, but lately since I developed some food allergies, I can't eat it anymore due to the shrimp or fish sauce they put on it. Sad but true.

My Dad is Ilocano, and he really makes great pinakbet. That's why I like okra and eggplant. I love it when he used bagoong sauce to compliment the taste. It is one of my favourite veggies of filipino dishes. I am not fond of sitaw though. I am very choosey with veggies i eat. So if it is cook by others, i'd probably wont eat pinakbet. My mum was able to get Dad's secret way of cooking pinakbet. My father may not be a cook but when he cooks, he cooks real delicious meals. :D

Ah yes, I love eating this vegetable dish, in fact, it's one of my vegetable dishes I ever taste. It was really delicious and I like the most there is the ampalaya and squash. I usually eat it with fried fish. Pinakbet is not only delicious but also nutritious and healthy too.

nope i dont. i am just not fond of vegetables. now putting them in one dish is something. but if i dont have a choice i will get rice pour it with the sauce and some pork that went with the vegetables , then ill eat it.Maybe with the long string beans and squash, but the rest of the vegetables i dont eat them.
