i use to be the kind of person that said that i wouldn't be one of those people who had to have a cell phone all of the time because i was just use to not having one but now that i have one and have had it for a few years now i really see that i need it in everyday life, and it really does come in handy a lot of times when i am not near a house phone or pay phone or something like that...so do you think that this world depends on cell phones too much? i would like to take this time to thank everyone for taking the time out of your day to come by and read and review my discussion and hopefully answering, and trying to help me, and i hope that you all have a great day and night tonight, thanks again for taking the time to stop by.

I think the world don't depend on cell phones too much. I see it as a helpful equipment to communicate, because the cell phones are so popular and easy to use. Cell phones are reachable to everybody in everywhere, that is what makes it just so popular. You can communicate with others everywhere , whenever. It is just a good technologial invention.

i agree too because if i didn't have a cell phone it would be hard for me to communicate with others when i really needed something and i was out and about, thanks for replying!

I think it is not so much that we depend on them but that we like to depend on them. I guess a more organiced person can go about their day without a cell phone and be fine. But basically is that they do not have to. I feel that I need a cell phone as I do not drive, for my loved to be in touch with me. At least they know where I am.
