Wel i'm trying to do telekenesis and i wanna know if it's real!! Is there any one who does this too?

I trying to do telekinesis too but I can't. I can't move objects in the air and I can't move them only using my mind. I also try to teleport but I didn't go anywhere. I saw videos of someone moving objects without touching it.

I tried it to. But when time I read an article about these things and it said that if you don't know the proper way to learn these technics you can and up in the spirit world. And I aint down with that. So now i stoped.
