What, if any, costumes have you dressed up in for Halloween. What are you going as this year for Halloween? Any parties you are attending or are you trick or treating? If you are not dressing up, why not? How will you be celebrating Halloween? I am not really dressing up this Halloween. I have my Jester hat and that's about it. Will be a mellow year with family as the kids are grown now. Plus there are firework bans here.

Nice. I love the idea of a traditional black cat. Angels are beautiful. That is very neat that you dress up too, with your daughter. Nice. Thank you for your comment.

I agree that the idea of trick or treating is for the younger generation but I find that just going through the malls, that Halloween is a big deal! For kids and Adults. Even pets! I was a tiger once when I was a kid. My Mom made all of our costumes. It was so much fun. I recall, it was raining and my Mom was driving us around. My tail got stuck in the door and got all wet. It was very funny. Have a Happy Halloween and thanks for your comment.

We have an annual adult halloween party we go to every year (friends & co-workers.) That party is the only one I'll dress up for. This year I'm going to be a pirate wench. It's easy to stick together that kind of costume lol. I have a fake parrot I'm sewing onto the shoulder of the vest. And just for fun I'm pinning a paper towel on my tri-corn hat...just so when people ask I can tell them that I'm such a bad pirate I have a bounty on my head hahaha. (corny...I know!) I'm too old for trick or treating, and my kids are all 'grown & flown' with kids of their own. I live out in the country so I don't even get any trick or treaters here. Have a fun halloween!

Lol. No it is not corny. It is a clever pun. The party sounds like it will be a fun function for you! The parrot will be a nice added touch as well. We don't get trick or treaters at home either. Things have really changed. Back home, the community has designated two areas for kids to trick or treat and so that eliminated our family home. We do still have treats available every year, just in case. As well as for the kids in the family. Well, have a super time and thank you. I am sure Halloween will be fun. I wont to attending any parties as the two we are invited to include fireworks, are out door bonfire parties and well, my small dog would not be interested. We are going to spend a few hours with family and then return home to watch a couple scarey movies. Happy Halloween and thank you for your comment!
