Everyone knows that stress make people feel go bad.But by reaching,the stress in not an obstacle but a power of success in your life.What's more, it is good for us to stay young.According the study,we know that stress in necessary in our life,which can motivate us to go ahead. Everyone is affected by stressful situations.How to manage your stress?Stress is essential and we should be lucky to be together with it.As for me,I am keen on studying and enjoy the stress form study now.Once upon a time,I was discouraged because of too much stress form hevy working task.Later,I found the key to taking stress head-on is being relaxed.The better you relax,the better mood you can get from working.Don't be pessimistic when stress comes into view,maybe it is a turning point in your life.

I don't think so. Stress causes so many diseases like blood pressure,heart attacks etc.In stress I cannot think any thing my brain will become blank.Stress makes body and mind weak.

Stress is one of the main causes of disease and illness. People face stress in their lives, but need to quickly become stress-free for their bodies to remain healthy. It is essential for the body to be stress-free and any doctor will tell you that stress isn't good for your body.

I guess being relax is just the opposite of being stressed out. I find the two words rather contradicting with each other. I would rather classify stress into two there is the bad stress and the good stress. The bad stress are the ones that will feel you down and bad it is the opposite of the good stress which is the one I think you are talking about. Stress is a daily experience we have, they are always there and its up to the person which one is the good or the bad stress. How you handle stress. Stress can both make you young as well as old too. For example exercise is a kind of stress that is good for your body, but if you don't feel up to it then it becomes a bad stress since you do not enjoy doing it then it becomes bad for you. Going to your work is stressful but then if you don't love it it will make you old and deteriorate your health even, but on the other hand if you really want that job no matter how physically demanding it is if you like it it will improve the way you handle your job and your life.

really?? I have a question that why most of the man who live long are the man who keep relax and regulated life.on the other hand,It depends on how to deal with and face to it when stress comes.

how can you belive that ,i can't inmagine .if i have some stess i will became more uggly and my face will change .i like to spent the day which is rexesed.
