I will Drink water after getting from bed.. Is this good for Health.. And Tell the Good things we should do first after awakening..!

I can't stand water. There is no flavor to it I have never been able to see how anyone can drink something so bland. I have even tried flavored water but it is not much better. About the only thing I drink is diet coke I don't really like anything else.

Hello! Yes,you are doing the right thing in drinking water after getting up from bed in the morning.It will help removing waste products and toxins from the body.If possible do some exercise in the morning,may be it a walking or cycling or gardening.thanx.

having water once arising from bed is great and it helps all the organs to first clean before start actioning and i believe you will garlgle first before intake of water and i believe you can have some fruits everyday in the morning to keep you fresh for the whole day
