Once every 3 days lol. Seriously, My hair doesn't get really nasty, and I have to go through so much work to get it straight again that it's just easier to do it less often.

I try to every time I shower. Although I've read somewhere that it's healthier for your hair to abstain from shampooing for a day or two, so that the natural oils in your scalp won't be washed away, and makes your hair shinier. To each his own, I suppose!

I think you put this in the wrong interest category! Anyway, I do it every day, or at least almost every day. Sometimes I have better hair days in the morning when I don't want to wash it. It makes it easier to style.

I shampoo my hair everyday, since we got a hot and humid weather here in our country, that it's too uncomfortable if I didn't do that. And also, I'm quite use with it, I think my hair gets dry and feel really uncomfortable if I didn't shampoo my hair even for one day.

I shampoo my hair everyday. I don't like using soap because it makes my hair feel so dry. Other people say they alternate using conditioners and shampoos. But then I don't feel conditioners does the work of cleaning my hair though I don't really go out that much so I don't think my hair gets that dirty. Still, I don't wanna risk not washing my hair coz I might get uncomfortable or get itchy scalp.

I try to shampoo everyday since I live in a polluted city where at the end of the day my hair smells bad. I know it's a bit bad for the hair, but I try during weekends not to shampoo so that my natural oil would come out.

I shampoo my hair ever other day, not because of any other reason but only to the fact that I take a bath every other day. One would wonder why, the thing is I am a stay at home and I rarely go out (even out on the door) seldom got sweat because we stay on the room which is aircon. But some says that hair should be shampoo only 3 times a day or four at the maximum, because they say too much shampoo can damage the hair, don't know if it is true though.

I can probably go about 3 days without washing my hair, but its thick and after awhile my head gets itchy, and I have to wash it. I have to do alot to my hair too, and its easier to do it less often also, my hair is the reason it takes me so long to get ready...lol.

I shampoo my hair every other shower. My stylist told me to start doing this a few years back and my hair has stayed much healthier. I have long(to my butt!) curly hair that I straighten all the time so by avoiding shampooing so much and using harsh chemicals it's stayed healthy longer.

i was told that we should not be be shampooing our hair everyday since this will be one cause for dry hair. so i usually wash my hair with shampoo every other day making it 3 times a week. and for my hair to be soft i wash with conditioner everyday. i was also told that it's better to use more conditioner than shampoo because of the contents in shampoo but some also told that using conditioner everyday would make you bald or loose hair. but i don't believe that coz otherwise i should have been bald for years now. lol.

I shampoo and conditioner my hair every single day. I have went for a day without it before and my hair gets so oily and gross looking that I can't stand it. So without fail, I have to wash. I won't take my daughter to school or pick her up unless I have washed my hair so alot of the time my husband takes her and I pick her up. It is a terrible feeling for me also to go a day without bathing and scrubbing. I like washing my hair so much that I scrub it with a plastic hair scrubber. I have actually broken 2 from scrubbing so relentlessly. I do hate the act of washing it though, I think it's too time consuming and it gets on my nerves but I know the consequences for my actions so I do it anyway...

Usually about the same as you. My hair is long and straight and I don't use hair products so it really doesn't get very dirty. I washed it more often when I worked in the factory, though, usually every day in the summer.
