help writing letter

thanks to all. i wrote a 1 paragraph letter short, sweet and to the point.

Something to the effect that you feel fortunate to have him/her in your organization, and because of the efforts this individual have made on behalf of your organization, it has become a better place. Words like excellence, dedication, and respected are good hotbutton words. Finish it off by saying that you recommend this person to any organization that requires top notch personnel, and that it won't regret giving this person the opportunity to perform.

It doesn't have to be long, just a paragraph usually. Write about your employee's best points....why did you hire him?
