As we enter in the last week of campaigning, who do you think will emerge victorious? Obama or McCain? Cheers! Ram

Based on the performances of the campaigns of both candidates, my bet goes to Obama but once he's appointed as the new US President, I hope he'll fulfill all his promises. Cheers

I am totally ignorant of Us politics. I don't know what are the real issues that the US citizens are discussing, so its hard for me to guess. However Obama's charisma seems to work on me. I think if I had a vote I will vote for him. © ronaldinu 2008

It's probably gonna be really down to the wire, by time election day...unless McCain MASSIVELY messes up and that somehow takes a huge chunk out of the voters who were for him (I won't hold my breath, even though I've seen the state of his campaign lately). McCain's "narrw victory strategy" MIGHT work. MIGHT. That's how it'd be narrow. But the odds are pretty slim now...and Obama's seemingly saved all of his energy to aggressively pursue this to finalization in this last week -- his odds are better. But like I said, it'd gonna be down to the wire. Since I'm a betting girl, I confess that I believe that Obama will most likely be elected. But I acknowledge that the possibility remains for McCain.

I'm a lifelong Boston Red Sox fan - we know better than to ever consider something won before the last out is fielded. In other words, I don't care how positive things look for Obama, I'm not convinced he'll take the election until it happens.

After listening to all three of the debates and keeping a close eye on what they each have propose and said my vote will go to Obama. I am not a democrat or a republican I just usually vote for the one that I think will end up doing the better job. Also to answer your question I really think that Obama will end up winning this election. Al Gore should off been our president instead of Bush because he ended up cheating but it's ok he is finally going to leave office and I really hope the next person does a great job and like many of us are thinking Obama will end up being our new president.

Hmm... It's ironic that you mentioned Al Gore as he was leading in all polls upto the elections and then he lost what was a very debatable decision... Cheers! Ram
