Wanted to start a new business, what do I need to do?

I wanted to start a new freelance business type of work and put up a website advertising my expertise in the field. What do I need to do to put all the things legally in place and what will be the upside and downside of starting a freelance business. Any advice or links will be helpful.

First you have to know whether that job is fake or genuine. For getting this information you will get many user opinion sites. Go through it. Then collect the information what ever required for your business. Then go ahead. All the best.
