myLot has deprived me of one important thing!

Eversince I became a myLotter, I have been deprived of a daily nap during lunch break. I noticed this is not right. I have to give myself a break even for only 10 to 15 minutes. Taking a nap is the best way of recharging so why should I deprive myself of this? So starting today, I will give up mylot when it is already time for me to take a nap! This is a promise! How about you guys, what have you so far deprived yourself of because of myLot? Do you regret having deprived yourself of this or did it work to your advantage?

I have deprived myself of watching television. I used to watch my favorite shows during the evening, now i can't do that anymore because i am busy at mylot. But i don't regret it at all because i enjoy what i do and i am happy being here at mylot.

I believe you made a better choice dear! You gain more benefits from myLot than from watching television, don't you? So I really believe you don't regret it and in fact I'm sure you are very happy you found myLot! There is no better place to spend free time that here! Cheers!

hahahaha!!! Hi my friend, sometimes it depends. There are times that giving up mylot is worth but sometimes also it is not. Like giving up mylot just to watch your soap opera? hahaha that show is addictive and you might forget all about mylot during the day because of the interruption. But your plan is for your health, I mean to give yourself more energy for the day. Go ahead my friend.. am sure you will still reach your goal even if you will take 10-15 minutes break from your suppose to be time allotment for mylot.. Good luck and have a good nap.. I can't even have a nap even if I am in the house whole day? ahahaha

Yes, I started yesterday and it really felt good. I'm doing it again today and in the next to come. I really felt guilty for being so hooked here that I deprived myself of the necessary power nap. And you too...you also have to give yourself a break my dear! Ha!ha!ha! Do it while watching your favorite soap opera! Ha!ha!ha!

Oh my friend, no matter how I tried to get a little nap at noon time or maybe in the late afternoon? I never felt it. I am so hooked up with my online thing that I even forget my laundry or my cooking.. hahahha.. I can do the nap anytime of the day if I want to because I am alone in the house but, I don't know why I am not sleepy at daytime? Thanks for the BR my friend.. you're great!!!

Not really anything, even before Mylot, I wasn't getting adequate sleep; life's stresses get the thanx for that! Once I get things rolling, I'll get my sleep back:)! Taripre$

But sleep is very important. It's one way of getting fit and healthy and delays aging as well. So I think we have to get adequate sleep. Also taking a power nap each day as I experience is one way of recharging my body and after the nap I feel stronger and my mind becomes fresh again. Thanks sharing taipres, I appreciate it! Have a nice day!

Ur absolutely correct, it's just hard to get back on track, which is actually what's keeping me up! I'll fall asleep, but it's usually at the computer, then I have to crawl to my bed..lol! Taripre$

not exactly. when its time to take a break, it should be a well deserve break. but what i noticed is i have spent more time here after writing my reviews in ciao. it's good there that you can just leave your review and wait for others to rate and comment, at least you are already assured of the $1 earnings even if you won't get any rate and comment. but that is seldom to happen. thanks to the members who have done so great.

Oh good that you still can come here at myLot after reviewing. I'm hearing good things from Ciao and I wish I have the time to start my account there. I've already registered but have not started. Well I wish you the best in all your online jobs. Thanks for sharing!

you should do your review before taking your nap and doing myLotting. in that way you have assured of something else while enjoying your work here in myLot. the residual earnings in ciao is limitless, so even you are not making reviews already, you are still earning something and that you can maximize your earning potential to other sites too.

myulot is not depriving you of anything, you are the one depriving yourself. You have to prioritize it, taking a nap is good for your health, then do mylot on some other parts of the day, where you can be in your best shape to join discussions here. I only do mylot if I am free and I am in the mood to do it.

Ha!ha!ha! You are right! I don't have to blame it on myLot, it's my lack of self discipline rather. But just a while ago... I've started doing my promise. I took my nap for 10 minutes. And now I'm back and livelier! Thanks for sharing!

You are right my friend, you should have a nap for at least 10 to 15 minutes everyday, you need it. But for me, I don't need a nap. I have a very tight noon-time schedule. With regards to mylot, I don't think there is something that deprived myself, being a mylotter. Yes, before, when I used to work at night, with my second job, I eat very late at night. And also my wife eat late because she always waits for me. And now that I have a single job, I can eat on-time and also my wife...

I really need the nap my friend. It gives me more staying power in fact. And I'm glad your single job has put your meal with your wife on time. That is good for you and for her!

I rarely ever take a nap so I don't think that I am deprived of that. I really don't think that mylot deprives me of anything. I love this site and I enjoy what time I get to be on here although it is not always a lot. I hope that you can enjoy your nap while the rest of us are mylotting!

Yes, thanks dear. I have started taking my nap and that really gave more more power to perform all my tasks and mylot for the whole day. I'm glad myLot has been enjoying myLot. I also do enjoy this site and I'm sure all of us here! Cheers!

Not yet, in fact, I take a nap everyday. I spend about two hours on Mylot, so it doesn't take up much time at all. I think you should have a rest when you've logged on for a long time. It's good for your eyes and body.

Yes dear! It's really good for my eyes and body! It recharges me and it refreshes my mind. It even helps me to accomplish more things because my power has been restored. I really need to just discipline myself and don't let myLot get in the way of what is needful. Have a nice day!

Well, in some ways it has deprived me from Free time I would spend doing other things like maybe spending more time with my husband, but since he knows I am also earning Extra $$ in here, he thinks this is a great place for me to be as well. I can say if I let it, it could deny me from sleep at night, so I am trying to remember to keep limits unless I am off work the next day and can sleep in.

Yes, I have to learn from you. I need to remember to keep limit as well. MyLot indeed has deprived us of some free time but at least we are using the free time in a more productive way, however, we should really put some limit! This is really a great place!

Good that you have not deprived yourself of anything! I think it is just a matter of self-discipline. I don't really know why myLot is so hard to give up. It's really addictive. But I guess I have to overcome my addiction for my own good. Anyway it's only around 10 to 15 minutes! Thanks for your views! Have a nice day!

Hello, Salonga! Don't worry... MyLot has not deprived you from anything. I mean, you are choosing to be in myLot instead of taking a nap. However, recovering your energy may be way more important than earning money in an online community. You should make sure you get your energy so you can go back to your daily activity focused. If you don't sleep well, you will not be able to work/study/spend the day normally. You will lose your potential. You will lower the quality of what you do, whatever it may be. I am glad that you know that you are the one who deprived yourself. And I am even more glad because you are willing to fix it, if you feel broken. Sometimes I have been online for hours in the night, just posting on myLot... And I reached my goal, so I wasn't feeling bad nor anything. I mean, the sleeping sucked on that day, but at least I didn't have to wake up soon in the following morning. And I had earned a lot on myLot due to a few more hours logged in. Respectfully, Munhozmib.

Thanks dear for your good thoughts. Yes, I really need the power nap for the much needed energy to fulfill all my daily tasks and also to give me fresh mind in answering discussions here at myLot. I'm happy I've realized my mistake. MyLot has done so many wonderful things to me and I believe I could enjoy myLot even more if I impose self discipline. Have a nice day!

I have deprived myself for an hour sleep. I woke up an hour earlier just to be here on my lot. I have to wake up early to go to work and do some other online work but I always manage to log on mylot to check if other friends have responded to my postings or not. © ronaldinu 2008

An hour of sleep a day has been deprived from you! I hope you still have at least 7 hours left for your sleep. MyLot also drives me to go office earlier so I could log in and post before doing my regular tasks in the office. I think myLot has pushed many of us to make use of every hour productively. Cheers!

Know what you mean. Ever since I discovered mylot I seem to spender longer and longer on here everyday. It's just so addictive. The worst thing I find is coming on here just before I go to bed as I often mean to spend a few mintues on here but instead end up spending a good couple of hours on here. I am feeling a great deal tireder as well so think I may also have to cut down or perhaps work mylot into my daily routine a little better. I know one thing though.....I just can't give it up. I love it here.

Ha!ha!ha! I understand you fully well. It happens to all of us. We can't stop anymore once we started it here. We could barely notice the time. It seems time is too short when we are here especially if there are lots of good topics around. However, we really have to give ourselves a break. It is for our own good. Have a nice day!

Yes, myLot really is the best site for me! It also compelled me to wake up early and go to office as early as I can so I can devote some time with myLot before starting with my regular tasks in the office. I found this site so enjoyable but I need some self control in order not deprive myself of the power nap. Thanks dear for your input! Have a nice day!

It can be addicting. I don't take naps often. So that doesn't affect me. And it is my decision to be on mylot. As often happens time does get away from me. I don't feel deprived. Try setting an alarm, Maybe that will help!have a good day!

Yes it really has made me addictive! A good addiction actually but I need just some sort of self discipline in order not to deprive myself of the needful. Yes, setting an alarm would be useful so that I could be reminded that it's time to take the power nap. Thanks for your good suggestion dear! Have a nice day!

It doesn't really deprive me of something, but I notice I clean the house a little bit less. So I think I need to take more time to do that. But it's not that it's a problem, when the housework needs to be done, I'll do it (especially when I know somebody's coming like this weekend when my boyfriend is celebrating his birthday!). I sometimes take a nap to, but I notice I become a little bit lazy after a nap, so I don't do it a lot.

Oh it's good it's just a little bit less! At least you know when you really have to stop and do the work. In my case a power nap really empowers me to last the day without too much stress so I think I really need it. So it's your boyfriend's birthday this weekend. I bet you will have a grand celebration. Just please extend to him my Happy Birthday greetings!
