What constitutes a healthy life style? Many people who are too busy with jobs and other commitments may be out of reach of healthy lifestyle. These people simply do not have the time for anything else. With some adjustments healthy lifestyle can be achieved. Healthy lifestyle involves healthful diet, exercise on daily routine, no smoking, maintaining normal weight and limiting alcohol consumption. Healthful diet can be achieved by eating more fruits and vegetables and less refined and processed foods. Exercise on regular basis will improve your general wealth and fitness. You can start with a small pace and increase its intensity as you become more confident. Regulating your diet and adding your exercise can help stabilize your weight.

I agree. Eversince I started school, 90% of my time is studying. while the other 10% is to see my friends, eat, watch tv, sleep haha. But I do eat healthy though. I always eat fruits for snacks. We don`t have any junkfood or softdrinks at home. I do feel guilty of not taking care of myself. I think a good 15 min every 2 or 3 times a week sounds good. Most people think it requires more work out and more time.

yeah! thats right.. Just keep the routine in a healthy basis by just having enough time for sleep, drink plenty of water. Sometime we cant do execise no more becasue of limited time. Just make atleast a walk. Drinking of liquior, smoking really need to stop. Dont forget also to give time for God. He's the reason why we are here. Happy Mylotting...
