My favorite is Sinigang na Baboy (pork) , just cooked it last Monday and realized how much I missed it. I took a short but and used tamarind mix but it still tastes alright, hehe

my fave is sinigang na hipon, followed by sinigang sa miso :) I like my sinigang to be really sour! I don't really like sinigang na baboy because i don't eat pork but i think it is the most popular version.

May favorite sinigang is sinigang na baboy(pork in sour soup) and siningang na hipon(shrimp in sour soup). I really it particularly when it is really sour and the pork or shrimp and vegetables are nicely cooked. I really like to eat these especially during rainy season.

I love to eat sinigang. My most favorite is beef and shrimp sinigang. I like my beef sigigang creamy with lots of gabi and a little bit spicy. Have a nice day..

Pork sinigang is my all-time favorite Filipino dish. Yum! I will ask my mom to cook it tomorrow lunch. It has been my favorite ever since, especially my mom's or sister's sinigang. Sometimes, I hesitate to eat other people's sinigang because I might not like them, or even in the restaurant. Well, we always have our favorites and my tongues happened to choose the one closest to me and what I used to have while growing up.

I asolike pork sinigang, the original way. But now a lot of tamarind powder came to replace the real ingredient, though the taste was copied well but the MSG content was to high. Even the manufacturers will not include it in the pack list of ingredients, I can tell, cause I'm a cook. I like my Pork Sinigang with the real tamarind, sauteed first with onion and tomato, garnished with local spinach, taro and raddish....Hmmmmmmmmmm! LOL

I have taster several variety of "sinigang". From shrimp, fist to pork. But the best thing to try is the ingredients or varieties to make it sour tasting. I've eaten it with tamarind, "kalamansi", "kamias", but the best one i have tasted is "sinigang sa bayabas"(guava) with "miso" or

During Sundays, pork sinigang is the favorite dish. Since i'm the cook of the family i have the priviledge to serve them my specialty. I put 4-5 pieces of tomatoes to make my sinigang soup reddish yellow. It's my daughter's favorite so after meal she will tell me, "mommy sarap ng luto mo"
