Are You Addicted To The Internet?

I have been thinking about this alot. Because, I have internet on my phone as well as I have a laptop. The first thing I do is check my e-mail when I get home. Even, if I check it while I'm out and about. I can't even watch TV without checking the news or something on my cellphone. What can I do? They have AAA and groups for all sorts of things but I don't think they have this?

Yes, I believe I am addicted to the internet. It feels like I can't live a day without it, sometimes I just craving to it wanting more. LOL. I said it just like I was talking about someone. LOL. No. IT is the internet which made me stay still in one place for hours without moving, it is the internet which makes me frustrated every time the connection is down and it is the internet which makes me tried so hard to get it everywhere I go. I believe it is some kind of an addiction

I believe that I am addicted to internet. I spent times on internet much more than any other jobs. I check my emails every 30 minute and off course ther are many junks accumulates during this period.
THe worst is that sometime my priority to internet becomes more than the responsibility to my famaily and other personal works, it is realy bad.
Do you have any idea how to quit from internet addiction?
