When was the last time you had a complete massage?

I love massages but I have a tendency to "delay gratification." I usually need a very valid reason to feel exhausted before going to the spa. It's been almost half a year ago since I last had a massage complete with sauna and body scrub. It's been too long that I've already forgotten the name of the female masseuse who's been really nice and helpful.
What about you, when was the last time you went to the sauna and had a full body massage?

I think it was about two years ago I went to sauna and had a full body massage. I was pleasant to me i can to explain it in a words. I planned to go to sauna again within in a short span of time.

I never had any massage before and I think I will not plan to have one in the near future because I am a very ticklish person and I would easily squirmed when somebody touch my body. There is one time when i got sick my sister volunteer to massage me so that I can feel better but the moment her hands touch my skin I been laughing hard and she stop doing it because I wont allow her to.
Maybe I could try the sauna but massage no thanks. There is nothing in this world that can forced me i to having a body massage but if my life depended on it I might change my mind.
