So much going on on mylot isnt there!

Joined up here yesterday, after spending a special amount of time selecting my intrests and such.
Logged back in today to start to give it a real go and figure this whole 'mylot' thing out and there is alkinds of links and tabs, and discussions and pictures and It kind of threw me slightly. haha. Just seems very busy.
So I am slowly tryng to figure stuff out by process of elimination really and cicking on something to see what it does.
But Just wondering if there is any quick tips/advice you can give me to help understand it all a little better :)

it does take a little while to figure things out, I guess like anything but it won't take long..I think everyone goes about it in a different way, some like to go through the interest section to pick topics that they are interested in and some just like to have a go at the main topic sections, you will be ok...

yes to upload a photo in a discussion you do have to have a certain amount of posts, I am not sure how many that is, but you can put up an avatar that is your profile pic by going through the "preferences" section up the top next to your earning amount...you will get there...

The guidelines and FAQ are at the bottom of the page in small writing...as far as know how the money is earnt no one rally knows as Mylot once sais it is a very complicated things, i just look at it as one point for a post and anything else is a bonus...I just like being here...

Yeah I can see why, it is certanly quite addictive hey? Ah well I'll just post whenever I feel I have something to say and whatever I earn is a little more than what I had before :) haha.

Thanks I am already getting in the swing of things :) Finding more and more things I want to say to random posts I never really thought I had much of an opnion on before.
It's nice when the discussion on posts between you and the poster last more than your comment and their reply of thanks isnt it. Seems alot more fun and intresting.:)

Welcome to myLot! I am sure that you will enjoy your stay here in this wonderful community.
It's normal for starters to spend some time figuring out the whole 'myLot' thing. Well, you can always read the FAQs as well as the TOS. But being here on a daily basis will help you more as actual experience will teach you more. I have been here for more than a year but I am aware that I am still in the learning process. There are a lot of things that I get to discover about myLot from time to time. Good luck to your goals and happy posting!
