Im struggling just a bit.. I need to get more traffic to my website anyone have any information, on a website that i can try that wont cost alot of money?

there is a great site on my profile called traffic era, the anner is on my profile page. its easy to surf and theres also options to join teams. there also a chat room so you dont get bored when surfing lol.
i am a free member but there is option to upgrade but you dont have too.
