i need more referrals

i am a member of quite a few sites now, i certainly dont have much time to join any more.
what is a good way for me now to try to gain more referrals? as i gained most of mines through doin a programme swap.
i already have a blog, the link to it is on my profile page.
please tell me how you have successes with gaining new referrals.

referals may be helpful in your earnings .
but if you try yourself to do more work online you will get better result.
and for referals u need to have a huge friend link on internet from all over the world..
Can you please tell us the other online working site where u are working...and they paying you too.

some advised me never to do referral exchange. but they said me the reason.

yes i have had succesful referral exchanges. the good thing about it is that you make a agreement to be active in each others sites, so you both make an effort because you know if you dont the other will cancel your program.
i would love to keep doing this but i really cant join anything new now or i will have no life away from the pc lol.
