Hi. I feel very very stress this few months. I cant find any great ways to solve it. I am not feeling well everyday. I do a lot things to reduce my tension but not working. I try to read notes but sometime it makes me feel more stress. Sometime i will feel very hard breath and almost fainted. Do you have any suggestion to help me reduce my tension? Thanks a lot!!!

Oh aybe you need to take it easy, as I have read before you are worried, take a deep breathe from time to time and don't worry that much, maybe you need to relax for a while and then resume your study, take a day off and just nap

Hi Ichiat, well I guess it kind of depends why you are stressed, the most stress I have had was from work so can only really give advice from that perspective. Basically I was the unhappiest I have ever been in my life this time last year, and had been really for the past month or so up until december. Basically I hated my job I loathed my job so much, I was behind with all my work, I wasn't keeping the standards up I was geting help through work to try to help But I knew this wasnt the job I wanted to be in in every aspect of the meaning, I woul be so stressed I have never had so many thoughts going round in my head constantly, I would cry for hours every night and dread going in to work, but because I had to be there first thing in the morning to let people in I had to be there for 7am, and I wasn't going to bed till about 4am because the earlier I went to bed meant the earlier the next working day would come. I am stubborn and did not want to go to the doctors because he would give me anti deperessants, and I did not want them because I knew the how to make it stop... I quit. And while I didn't have another job to go to It was the best thing I have done. Up until that point I was whinging and moaning to anyone and everyone but until I came clean with my manager and told her what was going on and the truth as to why I was going to quit I never felt the sense of relief when it all came out. I had to work a months notice but knowing that it was coming to an end and I had made that right desicion helped me so much. So I DO think that talking and getting things of your chest is a very good way to de stress. If possible/relevant you need to speak to the right person (i.e. like i did my manager) because that makes all the difference. If that is possible and you just want to get everything off your chest, I have found writting to yourself. Simelar to a diary but not like everyday or whatever, just when you want to, just write and say everything you want to say to anyone. If you're not sure why you are so stressed all the time, maybe it is more anxiouty? Hope some of what I said can help you in some way. Rach.

the best thing i believe is to talk about your problems with someone, i used to even tell people i didnt really know though now i know someone i can talk to. then after that write a list of things that are stressing you and tackle them 1 by 1, maybe with a friend, maybe by yourself. then after you can make a fresh start and just say to yourself that from now on nobody is going to change you and youll do things you want and not things to please others. and be nice to people but if they cross you a few times just leave them, as its unessicary stress from people who you wuite frankly. dont need.

Hi. Thanks a lot for your response. Thanks for giving me a lot of useful information. I will try to list out the problems i am facing and try to find someone to talk with. Hopefully it will reduce my stress. I read an article said that stress can make someone sick is because of our blood cell's immune system will become less. Then it cause us to get sick easily when we feel stress. Anyway thanks a lot my friend. Have a nice day!!! Happy myloting!!!

You don't tell us what make you feel stress,if you tell i think we can help you more or less.So i just can give some way to relax,do some sports or distract your attenion,or sleep, but i think there are not good way to solve your problem. You should face it,and find way to solve it active,in this way,you will get it,and you will feel well, more patience, everyting will be OK.
