I don't think you do. But I think you do lose money if someone gives you a bad rating.

I hope that's not true. If people lose money for giving bad ratings, the ratings system is not working. You should be able to give ratings according to your believes but not to gain or lose money.

No, when you rate someone it affects their earnings not your own.

no you do not lose money for rating someone. The only way you could lose money is if someone gives you a - rating, it would bring your rating score down. ( and you really don't lose money, you just wont get as much when they update your earnings.)
