In UK - we do not understand what you mean by first rain! Here it rains far too much - not every day but most weeks. If we go three days without rain the newspapers start talking about a drought caused by global warming. If we have three consecutive days of rain they say the floods are caused by global warming!
I do not like the rain - it is too cold and miserable. I cannot go cycling or sort out the garden. I need a week of dry weather for everything to dry out.
You can have our rain anytime! Give me your address and I will send it to you!

I wish I could do so! Just drive 70 miles through torrential rain the whole way at 50mph as not safe to go any faster 90ish mins - even on dual carriageways. You are welcome to it all!

I love rains, I myself used to get wet in the rain.... and I love to get wet in the rain.... if the symptoms says that there will be rain today, I take leave from my office and I don't take bath...
When, the rain comes, there is a opening inside our house, I take bathin the direct rain water and I love it..... very much......
