Ideabux only will pay for Premium Member.... =(

I had request my 1st payment from Ideabux but recently they change their rules... they only will paid their premium member and they will paid the premium member soon by instantly... they had cancel my request and need me to upgrade my member... how about you all? are you member of Ideabux? will you upgrade your member?
