What do you think of NYC?

I've been living here for about 9 years. It's definately an interesting place to be. You're never bored. I don't like big cities in general, and I don't like the overall atmosphere of NYC, but a lot of people love that kind of place. I do like the Washington Square Park area though. There are fun things to see there.

I live here in NYC too. I live around Marine Park in Flatbush. I kinda like where I live...not very loud and all unlike in downtown or in the city.

Yeah, I live in Brooklyn, the Midwood area. It's quiet here. But I still don't feel safe walking home sometimes. And I don't like Manhatten but I go there for school every day.

I've think of it as a busy city, great place! but I've heard the crime rate there is sooo high. Is it true?

It's a very busy place. I don't think the crime rate is the highest in the US, but it's pretty high. I don't always feel safe walking alone after dark. But I don't live in Manhatten, which is "the city."

I'm here for both, really. It's a lot of fun to talk about all these different things, and I'm meeting some nice people. I'm hoping that this is going to actually pay me when it's supposed to, but even if it doesn't I won't be that upset because I'm enjoying it.
