Have you ever refered to your house as a zoo?

I have had soooo many pets in my house that people actually call it a petting zoo. I have had chinchillas, guinea pigs, bunnies, hedge hogs, dogs, cats, birds, fish, turtles, hamsters, mice and I am sure that I am forgetting some. So how many pets have you had at once? Has anyone ever shunned you for having alot of pets?

Yes, I have referred to my house as a zoo. But not recently. I use to live on a farm. So, I can't count how many animals I use to own at one time. Lol. But right now all I won are three animals. Two miniature pinschers and a baby turtle.

Thanks for your response. Did you used to like the farm? I have a friend that has a farm and I like going out to visit there.

Oh yes. I grew up on a farm. My dad still raises cows and chickens today.

I have only ever had one cat at a time, but i admire people who have all these pets, I think it must be a great place to live, I always look at people with a lot of pets as people with a lot of heart..

that is funny that you say that my friends tell me all the time that my house is like a zoo. i have 3 dogs, 4 cats, fish, 3 hermit crabs, 2 mice, a rabbit, and a guinea pig. plus i have had so many other different animals in the past. but i like having animals i like taking care of them its like a hobby for me. and i am still getting more. lol.
