Hey,mylotters~finally I have some leisure moment to post here in mylot~~ As we will use the toothpaste when brushing our teeth, that's common sense.I just curious if everyone will change the brand of toothpaste periodic?Say want to have the taste changed. For me,I'd rather stick to the fixed brand if I like it,my brand is Amway coz I feel so good with Amway,in few case I will change it.So,how about you mylotters? Will you change periodic to seek some fresh feeling? If yes, what's the frequency and why?If no,why? Thanks for sharing with us~

I heard somewhere it is good for teeth to change the paste periodically. It is similar like hair shampoos the should be changed from time to time as well. But back to your topic, I do change pastes almost every time the old paste is gone, it is because I do not care about the brand or type of toothpaste at all. Since it is reputable brand I do not think there is any big difference between brands. And the taste will last just short time with any paste since you eat and drink during the day. In this case I prefer chewing gum to get good taste.

Well, thanks for your information. As well,I heard that it'll be good for fair to use the different hair shampoos from time to time. However, not for teeth I wonder~`wow~~anyway, just keep our habit as long as we feel good with it~Chewing gum is good for us I believe~~have a nice day~

I always use the same brand toothpaste with different tastes. It is just a habit. I don't mind buying anther kind some day. However, I would like to choose the same brand once over lightly!

no i won't actually... i used to do that in the past... but now i stick to one brand because i have sensitive teeth and my dentist recommends me to use sensodyne only... otherwise, i will have a bleeding gum problem and i don't want that... take care and have a nice day...

I usually use whatever is on sale or whatever I have coupons for or get samples of so I do change frequently. I like Colgate probably the best but I also like Closeup. I will use any of it though.

Like i'm using darlie at home because my parents are using them, and so do i.. bUt when i'm travelling wiht my gf, i will be using colgate because she likes it better ^_^ Hehe.. I'm more of a flexible person when it comes to daily used products, except for my facial wash.. Other than that, i'm always ready for a fresh change of things ^_^

I buy whats on sale. I mostly stick with Crest, Colgate, and Aquafresh. When we finish one tube, I grab whatever I have on hand. We tend to keep about 5 or more tubes on hand.

Hello tonytt. I change my toothpastes very often. I don't like to always use the same brand toothpaste as I don't think that it is a good idea for us to use the same brand. I think that it is better to use another brand for a change.

Hi, tony. I change the brands, I also use two or three types(maybe of the same brand) of toothpastes alternately.

Hi there! I am not the type who often changes things I use so, I'm gonna stick with my current toothpaste. And as long as it's effective I'm not gonna change it. In fact, I have been using the same brand of toothpaste almost half of my lifetime. I have proven its effective so I'm going to stick with it. I'm not after the brands or flavors of products instead with their good effects. Ciao!

Used to use whatever my mum had in the house when I was younger however as I have grown up I have always found the need to try and maintain my white teeth. Because of this I always tend to stick with the same toothpaste...Arm and hammer gentle whitening as this leaves my teeth whiter than alot of other brands in comparison. It took me a while to find a brand I was comfortable with as many I find too strong and some are vile to taste. The tooth paste I currently use is made with baking soda which is the secret to maintaining white teeth I find. I did try sensodyne proenamel once as it claims to restore surface enamel on your teeth but the taste was disgusting. I'm happy with the one I use now and wont be changing for a while.

Hi tonytt2009- I changed toothpaste in December to Melaleuca whitening tooth polish. I love it. It actually leaves my mouth tingly. I don't think I will change again. I was really stubborn about even trying this one to begin with. I don't like some changes, toothpaste is one of them. If it works, I try to stick with it. I think I like this toothpaste because it has tea tree oil in it. I noticed a big difference with bleeding gums and dental health. Glad you like your brand.

I have been using Colgate for as long as I can remember - from when I was a child in fact and I simply do not like the taste of any of the other brands of toothpaste. Luckily my partner is happy to use any sort of toothpaste so we always buy the only brand that I will use. Some people use whatever they can buy when it is on special I know but I would rather have one that I like the taste of and am comfortable using. If you brush your teeth properly and reglarly there is really no need to change the brand of toothpasste that you use, as you are still protecting your teeth and gums as best as you possibly can.

I think my wife and I pretty much get a different brand of toothpaste every time we run out and need to get more! lol. We go from different brand names to whitening to fluoride bursts something or other to God knows what else! Change is as good as a holiday right?

I change our toothpaste on a regular basis actually, this is because I go for the cheapest toothpaste within the brands that I like. I will not pay a fortune for things even things like toothpaste. I know some people believe certain toothpastes are better and do better things but to me toothpaste is toothpaste and at 35 I have never had a filling or any work done on my teeth so I cannot be doing too bad.

I change my brand according to price! Who ever has the least expensive price will get my allegiance. With coupons, I get alot of toothpaste for free or almost free. I've used everything from Crest to Walmart store brand. To be honest with you, I never see any difference from brand to brand anyways so I will stick with my concept of purchasing the cheapest toothpaste.

I change every tube, which pretty much means I change toothpaste every month. I stick with the main brand names, but switch out flavors. I am also using the Arm&hammer whitening additive. which I love. my teeth feel great and it doesnt give me any sensitivity. Just like hair, I feel to get the optimum value of a product, you need to switch it up, not letting you body get used to any ONE item.
