Weigh in Day!!!! 7th day Miracle Noodle diet

Riddle me this Batman....how did I lose inches but not pounds? Where did my fat go if it didn't leave my body? Last week I weighed 240lbs...chest 45in...waist 46in...hips 55 3/4in. Today chest 42in...waist 40 1/4in...hips 54in. I still weigh 240lbs! Don't get me wrong, I am extremely happy with the inches lost but where did they go? I don't want to wake up one day and have an extra 10in on each arm or worst yet have an even bigger head than I already have. I'm stoked. I will be posting the exercise I'll be doing this week and menu for the upcoming week in a separate post...keep a look out!

I know I've lost a lot of water. I'll be monitoring that to make sure I'm also losing fat.

That's wonderful!!! Congrats. As far as I know, when you lose inches it's usually water weight that you lose. It just firms up the weight you have, it doesn't actually move to another area. I could be wrong though. Good luck.

If you're happy and satisfied keep at it. Just make sure you are tuned in to how your body feels, is you get any symptoms like headache or tired or just anything out of the ordinary stop, please we don't want you to get sick

What's you BMI now? Sorry but I wasn't able to follow your regimen and this would likely to happen when you are burning fats then some of it are converted into lean muscles. Lean muscles are heavier as to speak, probably that's the reason why you haven't seen the progress in your weight but often times it is not the basis at all. your BMI is what it is all about. And don't worry you won't get any extra flab in your head at this time since you are an adult already.Just kidding though.

Well, someone already gave the answer that I'd have given - muscle weighs more than fat, but is less bulky, so you're seeing the effects of your fat being converted to muscle. Congrats on your resolve and good luck!

I have a gadget for the index. I will have to find it and post that with my weigh ins also. I had forgotten about that aspect. It's very important so I'm going to have to keep track of that as well.

Hey that its great. I am answering from email so I don't know what others have suggested but I feel that maybe you have lost some fat but gained some muscle which is good since it burns fat faster but it also weighs more then fat. So that could be a reason for the lost inches but not weight. Don't give up you are doing great.

was your diet nutritionally balanced? my mam went on a supernoodle diet where all she ate for 3 weeks was one packet of noodles per day. bearing in mind that supernoodles arent even good for you. this diet made her really ill. she got ulcers in her mouth and she had very little energy. we dont buy suupernoodles any more. happy mylotting

Congratulations to you and I want to be converted to the muscles.Because of the same quality, fat is three times bigger than the muscle.

It is possible that the sodium in your flavorings is causing you to retain fluid, and that would be one way you could still weigh as much. Also, even though you did not consciously exercise, you may have built muscle, then it would weigh more than fat. I do not know the answer, really, but I do know that weight reduction sometimes seems to happen in chunks. Good luck.
