Anyone got christmas all wrapped up yet?

I've been talking to people at work that have bought and wrapped all their presents already, I haven't even bought one yet! How's everyone else doing with theirs?

Usually I'll start to buy present a week before christmas. It is too late?? I just came to know that some of you purchase so early! I'll try to buy a bit early this year!

If you can get it all done a week before you're doing better than I usually do!

I don't want any gifts that clutter up my already cluttered place and I don't like to give gifts that people can buy for themselves such as socks, pots and pans, dishes, linens etc. I usually give gifts such as theater tickets to a show, a gift certificate for a dinner or the movies, a food basket, a gift certificate for a pedicure or manicure, or a certificate that states I have given the money for a a Christmas dinner to an organization that looks after homeless people. I put these certificates in envelopes and tape them to a small gift such as a book or box of chocolates. So there is not much wrapping to do and I am not a basket case once Christmas day comes around.

I know what you mean about boring presents, I don't like to give them either they seem like little thought has been put into them.

Have not even started yet. I am usually done by Thanksgiving. But we recently bought a new house so things are going slower than usual. Si I guess I will be doing the last minute rushing that i generally try and avoid.

My shopping is usually done christmas eve but I'm determined to get it done well before then this year. I'm going to put thought into gifts instead of grabbing what's left!

yep, we were done with Christmas right after the Labor Day sales here in the US. Well, except for each other, and we are probably going to buy new furniture for the new house when we move in March. So , we may not give each other anything big at Christmas anyway, just the small things, books and stuff, that we've already wrapped.
