why i can't open the websit ioffer.com?

hello all mylotters,PLease help me with this question: i can't open this websit ioffer.com with my pc,but i can open it with my friends' computer.I don't know why? is it because my network connection is too slow? if not, what is the problem?
PLease advise.

It's a bit slow to open iOffer site (don't know why). I registered a store there (http://www.ioffer.com/shops/huachuguo) and posted 9 listings, but it seemed the traffic was not as good as I expected.

now, i can open it.yes,it is not so fanous as ebay,so les traffic will get is normal,i think.
