My KUB ultrasound result was "Pelvocaliectasis,left".

Recently, I was in the hospital for check up because of pain on my left waist,leg, back and even in my chest. The doctor ask me to have a KUB ultrasound and the result was my left pelvocalyceal structures are slightly dilated. PELVOCALIECTASIS, left. I'm so worried and I just want to have more information about this.
