There is a very rare phenotype, apparently, called Hh which was first found in Bombay. I only just read about it when I was checking the above answer. Hh cannot receive blood from any other type but they can donate to all, as if they were type O.

The answer to your question is blood type O. Blood type O is a universal type of blood which can be donated to other people with different types of blood such as B, A, B+ and B+. Is there any A+ or A-, I am not sure about it. However, a person who has an O blood type can't accept blood from other groups of people because they can only accept blood from their own type. So I guess being an O blood type person is difficult. He or she can give blood but can't accept blood from other groups.
