-best diet breakfasat. say goodbye to bagels and hello to two eggs in the morning - listen to lose. exercising to the right song can help you get fitter. the key is to find tunes that get you going to workout longer. while silence is best when eating - refresh your routine. weight loss may plateau because muscle memory kicks in when you do the same exercise over and over. challenge your body and use up more fuel by giving different muscle groups a jolt - gobble before you gulp. grab a snack before you sip caffeine or alcohol hope it will help all of us who are trying to lose weight. take care

thank you for the tips, i have been trying to lose my last 20 pounds and it is hard. Why does it get harder to lose wieght when you have less to lose.

Hi red, Thank you for this, I have to lose weight probably about twenty-five pounds but I am cutting back on the amount of food that I eat. I also try to walk everyday but I'll exercise at home when I can't wa;lk. Blessings.

True ^_^ Breakfast is the most important meal for the whole day, and by eating it, one can afford to eat lesser for lunch, and making it up as snacks during the later part of the day ^_^ Eggs will be a better choice because of the protein they have, it will make one feel full, and it's alot more healthier too ^_^ Exercises is always good, but make sure one is doing the right way.. Music is one good idea, but it will be even better to use it for runs ^_^ As it take our mind off the distance and timing, to run longer ^_^ LAstly, if one really wanna lose weight, determination is very important, and that one has to continue doing so, for one is likely to gain back more than what they have just lost when they start to be complacent.. hehe

Listening to upbeat songs I think also helps as it also raises your heartbeat, I heard that somewhere. I wish it was really true as that is what I am doing now...

Wow! Thanks for sharing... Well, for me I dont really exercise that I really spend time just for exercising. But when I hear a good music, I dance with it. I guess that's my exercise plus the fact the when I'm at work, when we are busy, we run back and fort along the corridor just to attend to our patient and also to the doctors.

Thanks for the advise, it sounds like it will do the trick. Remember calories in calories out. And when you metabolism slows down you have to work harder.

hello one the best ways (it seems) to shed a few pounds easily is to delay but not to skip breakfast apparently if you get out of bed and do a little excerise (go for a walk) before you eat anything -this causes you body to access fat stores to create the energy needed it seems that working your body before breakfast is more effective and healtier than skipping "the most important meal of the day"
