Snow Finally

We got a little over an inch too but it's long gone this morning....the sun is out and warm. I like the snow too....and would love to have a little for this coming weekend when I do a Christmas Craft show....puts people in the mood!

I am not ready for snow yet...It was snowing in Chicago, but nothing was left on the ground. I wish to have Indian Summer forever. I wish to know more about this year weather forecast for winter. It is better to be warm.....

Hi there Grandpa Bob. We haven't seen snow yet here in Romania, but the weather has gotten colder (about 10-13 degrees Celsius in mid day and about 3-4 degrees at night). I hope we see snow this year at least on New Year's eve because for the last few years it was really scarce especially in my city.

Hi GRANDPA BOB, Wow!!, snow already and you were expecting it, at least you enjoyed watching jut for a little while. We have not got any because it has been quite mild of late and for past few days it has been raining heaviley and there is a gale force widns blowing as well. Happy Thanksgiving to you. Tamara

Grandpa Bob you can have all of your snow! It looks very nice. I like the snow when it comes and then melts a few days later. I don't like it to stick around. I am not a cold loving person. That is why I stay here in NC. It gets cold but we do not get it too bad. Might have a winter blast every few years. You post all of your snow pics and that should be enough snow for me!

We had snow last week, around 1-2 inch of it. I am glad it has gotten milder here again, cause I need to pick up all the fallen leaves first. The weather hear today is for gales (again). It is windy outside and a weather warning for more flooding has been issued. I think if it rains anymore hear, I am going to scream. I hate snow. I love to look at it and its nice for Christmas, but I hate the rain even more. We have had rain from May. I have never seen anything like it. The grounds still swamping. It rained all summer long. Snow would be a nice change. I am glad you like the snow. My husband is like a little boy when it snows. He wakes me up to come and see it. Yes we have had our first snow of the winter/autumn on October 25th. Yes! it was far too early.

Not everyone gets snow. I live in southerm Florida. I have not seen any. But it has been getting cooler at. It has been getting in the low 50's where I have gotten my jeans and jackets out.

We probaly will not get any snow. I am not giving up hope because there is always the possibilty. If we do, it will be sometime in February, more then likely.Please send snow this way , if you have any extra!

No snow our way in VA. It is starting to get colder again and I wouldn't be surprised if it hits us in a week or two :) stay warm!

What a nice experience for people in snow laden area. It must be cold out there and people are all wearing thick cloths. I really don't think I can stand cold climate. Winter season reminds us that we are coming to the year end and christmas is not far away.

Though we were suppose to get snow showers last weekend, if we did, we got it overnight when I was sleeping..

No, we have not gotten any.. I sure would love to visit Minnesota for a week or two! We may get snow later this year or maybe earlier next year! I love when it snows! I know that you were very excited to see the snow!

Hello No snow here just yet ! We had a bit of a warm up , but now it is getting cooler . I can't wait till there is snow . It is so lovely to look at . Like diamonds shining at night . Happy posting !!

we have not had any snow where i live, although other parts of england have had a little. i am pleased. i agree with you that it looks nice but i hate being outside in it. this is the first winter i will hve been working and i am dreading going out early in the mornings when it has been snowing. happy mylotting

We got snow last night, it didn't stick around on the ground. It stayed on my car for awhile, it had it all covered. I hate to think about winter coming with the snow, cold and ice, brrrrrrrrrr.

No snow here Grandpa Bob, but plenty of rain, in fact it has rained incessantly for the last few days, we've had gale force winds too and today it's rained all day long, I think we will be hearing bad news of flooding! With the milder winters snow is a rarity now, the only time I really want to see snow is on December 25th! I can't remember the last time we had a white Christmas, probably as far back as the 70s! But when it does snow badly we can't seem to cope with it anyhow, or any freaky weather for that matter! Wolfie

We had snow today and it was sticking...nothing really measurable...it won't last long... Tomorrow's temp. is suppose to be 41 degrees, wednesday 50 and Friday 52...Wow! heat wave.... But of course is will get colder....BRRRRRR....

Ok that is something that I'm kind of glad about that it doesn't snow that bad here. I know there has not been any snow yet. Really don't expect any on the east coast unless the weather is really bad. I know that in Minnesota you guys really get snow. I hope that it's not that bad this year though. Sometimes the cold is just as bad and the hurricanes and tornadoes. Have a good one.

EWWWW snow I hope it waits a while to snow here still (usually we have it by now then it stays til the end of april) It rained and froze here...i could do without that too. I hate winter driving. I should move somewhere where its summer longer.

hi, grandpa bob! i live in a tropical country and i have never seen snow before. it must be beautiful, huh? i imagine it must be nice being bundled up because of the cold. i think about that when it gets too hot here that i get easily irritated. anyway, i hope someday i can visit a place like Minnesota. take care and have a nice day, grandpa bob!
