Hi mdmkumar! To have a star next to your username, you need to make at least 100 posts on Mylot. The number of posts you make on Mylot is shown by the number in brackets/parentheses next to your username when you start a discussion or reply to someone else's discussion. Right now, it seems you have made 19 posts. So, that means you need to make another 81 posts before you get your star. Hence, if you are really passionate to get your star fast, just keep posting on Mylot and you'll get your 100 posts in no time at all. All the best in participating on Mylot, and happy mylotting! PS: By the way, a very warm welcome to you to Mylot! I'm sure you will find this a very helpful and supportive community. Do ask if you're in doubt of anything on Mylot....

You will get a star by your name when you reach your 100th post. The stars are for rating, your response will be rated by users, either positive or negative. The more positive you get the higher the number.

Hi friend, Welcome to my lot site.If you want to know about my lot just go to the mylot section tab where everything is explained clearly. The answer for your discussion is that when you reach 100th post mylot will assign a star to you stating that you are in that level of 1 to 10 which mylot has kept behind. The rating comes depending upon the other mylotters give you.In that way depending upon the negative and positive ratings you would assign a number on the star. Its simply a reputation given to you.i hope you are clarified about the doubt you are having with you. Have a nice day
