Surplus Shopping and Thrift Shops

My mother is fond of going to sale shops and surplus shops for a variety of reasons. She is very good at choosing which item to buy and she knows the value of her money. We even got a Turkish curtain sold at a very low price. Have you gone to garage sales and other thrift shops? What has been your experience? How can you make the seller say yes to your given price?

That is not really my scene. I guess they are kind of neat considering what things you can find there but I am not a big fan of used things.

We are kinda the environment-friendly family that's why but yeah it really depends on the need of one person also. Happy shopping!

I love thrift stores,and garage sales. I visit one of those places every week. I prefer these places compare to the mall. I have gotten furniture,home decoration. I have a booth in a flea market, and sometimes I pick up stuff cheap that I resell.
